Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, Mano’s Kitchen is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food products, all sales are final.

We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect if reported within 7 days of delivery, with supporting photos when requested.
